Welcome to the HATSUNE MIKU “Magical Mirai 2021” Live Cheering Project!

We are looking for short videos that cheer up “Magical Mirai 2021”.

The videos chosen for this project will be used as background video for the live show.

Contents format:

A 4~5 seconds long silent video

*Please do not show message boards or banners with written messages.

Recommended recordning format:
MP4

You can only submit one video per person.

Eligibility

Anyone who has agreed to comply with the "submission rules" on the submission page can participate in this project and submit a video. However, participants under 20 years old must have legal guardians’ permissions.

Thank you for participating in the “Hatsune Miku Magical Mirai 2021 Live Cheering Project”!

We at Crypton Future Media, INC. organized this project to liven up “Magical Mirai 2021” together with all fans.

In order to submit a video to the project, please carefully read the following terms and conditions; by submitting a video through the submission form, you are agreeing to the following:

■About the Submission

  • “Hatsune Miku Magical Mirai 2021 Live Cheering Project” is accepting videos of the following conditions:

    “A video of yourself cheering at the concert”

    Contents: A 4~5 seconds long silent video, please do not insert subtitles or any other text.

    Recommended video size: 1920 x 1080 landscape

    Recommended video format: MP4

    Submission period: Aug. 26th, 2021 11:00 am(JST) - Sep. 22nd, 2021 11:00 am(JST)

    Reference videos

  • Only 1 video submission per person.
  • Please do not submit videos that contain the following:

    1. Violation of copyrights, related intellectual property rights, or the privacy of any third parties
    2. Any expressions deemed harmful, discriminatory, libelous, or inciting violence towards a third party
    3. Any expression of political or religious beliefs, either directly or associatively
    4. Any other violations of these terms and conditions, or violations of local laws and regulations
  • Any rights of third parties with regards to submitted videos must be cleared before submission. In the case that any issues arise with third parties, they must be settled solely by responsibility of the submitter.
  • Please do not submit any malicious programs or data through the submission page.
  • Submitters under the age of 20 must have permission of parents or legal guardians; please be sure to read these submission guidelines together. In the case that the submitters’ parents or guardians permit the submission of a video, the responsibility to abide by these terms and conditions are held by the parents/guardians.
  • Regardless of the stated submission period, the application may close at any time without prior warning.

■About the video

  • The copyright of the video is owned solely by the submitter. However, Crypton Future Media is granted permission to broadcast and use the video with no restrictions of region, time period, number of times of broadcast, format of use (such as TV broadcast, video streaming, videograms, and any future video formats), free of charge, and is allowed to grant any third parties the same rights.
  • The submitted video will be edited to be used as part of the “Hatsune Miku Magical Mirai 2021” live concert’s performance. Only the video portion of submissions will be used, and no audio of submissions will be used. Still frames captured from the video may be used as well.

    Submitter agrees that they will not execute on moral rights of the author against the editing and use of the video by Crypton Future Media or any other third parties granted permission to edit and use the video.

  • Submission does not guarantee use of the video in the concert. Additionally, Crypton Future Media will not provide notifications nor explanations with regards to the use or non-use of the video submitted.

■About the project

  • All personal information submitted for this project will be managed by Crypton Future Media and used in accordance with our privacy policy. If you wish to participate in this project, you must read and agree to our privacy policy below.

  • In addition to the contents of the privacy policy above, when submitting a video for this project, you must consent to Crypton Future Media or a third party authorized by Crypton Future Media to release your personal information, including your appearance, in the video to an unspecified number of people. In addition, if the video contains personal information of the other members, the person who submitted the video must assure Crypton Future Media that they have obtained consent from the other members.
  • Any damages incurred by Crypton Future Media due to submitters’ violations of these terms and services are to be compensated by the submitter.
  • Any data charges and fees incurred by video submission and the viewing of the submission page are to be borne by the submitter.
  • These terms and conditions constitute the total agreement between Crypton Future Media and the submitter regarding the contents of the terms and conditions.
  • These terms and conditions will be carried out in accordance with Japanese laws.
  • Any lawsuits arising from these terms and conditions shall be exclusively brought to the Tokyo District Court in Japan.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change, and videos which have been submitted before any changes and are still submitted will be deemed as continued agreement to the updated terms and conditions.
