Common Items

Basic Items

  • As of May 8th, the Government of Japan has lifted COVID-19 basic measures and "The Guideline of Preventing Transmission of COVID-19" from ACPC (All Japan Concert & Live Entertainment Promoters Conference) is also discontinued.
  • As all prevention measures/guidelines against COVID-19 are lifted, all health measures including wearing a mask is left to individuals' discretions. Please refer to the Prevention Method website that the Gov't of Japan provides.

  • To avoid accidents and confusion, and to ensure smooth entrance for all people, please follow the instructions from staff. If you could not follow staff instructions or the rules, you may be refused entry to the venue or the event could be cancelled. The ticket is non-refundable in this case.
  • Please note that we do not grant refunds for any personal reasons. We will refund in the case of cancellation, postponement, or change of the event content.
  • Please do not run inside or outside of the venue. When you line up or enter/exit, please walk in order.
  • Please do not cut in line or secure a spot in line by leaving your luggage. Meeting up with a friend or acquaintance already in line is prohibited. When you are leaving for using the bathroom or due to indisposition, make sure to inform people around you.
  • Please do not leave small children unattended. Announcements for individual calls cannot be made at the venue.
  • If you are feeling sick (have symptoms of a possible infectious disease), please consult with a medical institution before visiting the venue.
  • Please pay attention to your health condition, and if you feel sick, please inform the nearest staff member as soon as possible.
  • Sanitizer will be available at various locations within the venue. Please use it as needed.
  • Please handle your personal belongings and valuable items at your own responsibility.
  • In the event that one of your belongings has been stolen or lost, or if you suffer an injury or are feeling sick, please inform the nearest staff member as soon as possible.
  • If you find any lost items, please bring it to the Information Desk at the venue.
  • Do not run, or stare at your smartphone while you walk in the venue to avoid unexpected accidents.
  • Do not bring large luggage that could inconvenience other people.
  • Food/beverage consumption and smoking are allowed only in designated areas. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the venue.
  • Smoking is not allowed outside of the designated areas.
  • For smoking areas, please check the official website of the venue. Availability of the area is subject to health and safety regulations regarding COVID-19.
  • Please do not sit down on the floor of the venue.
  • Do not hold or announce any individual events at the venue.
  • Please do not occupy spaces or spread belongings at the venue for extended periods of time.
  • Please be cautious about the questionnaires and soliciting outside of the venue as those are unofficial.
  • Please do not buy official/unofficial merchandise being sold outside of the venue unofficially.
  • Do not take home exhibition and advertising materials.
  • Please refrain from bringing raw leeks to the venue.
  • Regardless of individuals/corporations, please refrain from bringing gifts for performers as they cannot be accepted.
  • There will be photo shootings, video recordings, and media interviews at each venue. Please understand that there is a possibility that you might be visible in a media-published photo or video.
  • We are not responsible for any disputes amongst visitors. In such cases, please consult between each participant.
  • The event may be cancelled, postponed, or have its contents and location changed subject to various circumstances such as weather conditions.
  • Please confirm the Hatsune Miku "Magical Mirai 2023" Official Website before arriving at the venue.

About Cosplay

* Please note that regulations differ between the Tokyo venue and the Osaka venue.

OSAKA

【Cosplay Dressing Room】

Opening Hours:

August 11th (Fri) : 10:00 - 18:00

August 12th (Sat) : 9:00 - 18:00

  • Arriving at the INTEX Osaka venue in cosplay costumes & wigs will be prohibited. Please note that attendees who are not compliant may be declined entry despite having a valid ticket.
  • Cosplaying is allowed only in the exhibition hall of INTEX Osaka Building No.4. Exiting the exhibition venue in cosplay costumes and wigs will be prohibited.
  • Cosplaying and cosplay wigs are prohibited at the live concert and exhibition stage in INTEX Osaka Building No.5-A , Building No. 3.
  • Please refrain from changing clothes in public restrooms or other public facilities.
  • Please note that the cosplay dressing room provided at the venue has limited capacity. No costs such as cosplay registration fee, dressing room usage fee, camera registration fee, or any other will be charged to participants.
  • There is no entrance only for cosplay dressing room users. Please line up in the general exhibition entrance line.
  • Acts that may inconvenience other participants as well as wearing costumes that may cause discomfort are prohibited.
  • Please perform cosplay on one's own responsibility. Neither the organizer nor the venue are responsible for any accidents and troubles caused by the content of cosplay.
  • Costumes which entirely cover the face (such as a full face cover, mask, helmet, headgear) are prohibited.
  • It is prohibited to bring items which may hurt other people (such as long metallic items).
  • Costumes which feature indecent exposure (revealing private parts or underwear) are prohibited.
  • Please refrain from extended photo sessions or other acts which may inconvenience those around you.
  • Please be sure that photography is only done with consenting parties.
  • Please use the cosplay/communication area provided in the venue when the site is crowded.
  • Participants who are considered to be in violation of the rules may be forced to cease cosplaying or to leave the venue.
  • We ask for your understanding and cooperation that all customers must leave the exhibition site by closing time.

About Flower Stands

  • Flower stands for Hatsune Miku "Magical Mirai 2023" will only be accepted from the official vendor for the event, Start Flowers.

    * Details and sale periods for official flower stands from Start Flowers to be announced at a later date.

    * Start Flowers accepts inquiries only in Japanese.

    * Due to limited space, there will be a limit on the number of flower stands on a first come first serve basis.

    * For corporate entities, please send a separate inquiry.

Exhibition Hall

About Exhibition Entrance Tickets

  • An "Exhibition Entrance Ticket" is required for entry.
  • The “Exhibition Entrance Ticket" can be used only for the one date printed on the ticket.
  • The "Exhibition Entrance Ticket" is sold separately from the live concert ticket.
  • Ticket purchase requires a registry of personal information. If you purchase multiple tickets, please register the personal information of your companions as well. Thank you for your cooperation.

Day Ticket Sales

  • The "Exhibition Entrance Ticket" will be sold on the event dates at the venue.
  • The ticket will be valid for only the day that it was bought.
  • Tickets will be sold from 2 PM each day at the "Day Ticket Booth"

    *Sales opening time of the booth is subject to change depending on the entrance capacity of the day.

    *Please do not line up at the Day Ticket Booth over 30 minutes before sales begin.

  • Availability of the Day Tickets will change depending on pre-sale tickets and entrance capacity of the day.

    *Ticket sales will be closed when tickets are sold out.

    *Please note that the ticket sales will be temporarily suspended or closed if the venue is too crowded.

    *Please understand that entry with the Day Ticket may be delayed if the venue reaches capacity.

Entry / Reentry

  • After ticket confirmation, attendees will receive an entrance wristband and a novelty gift, while supplies last.
  • Entrance wristband is required for reentry. Please be careful not to lose it.
  • For reentry, use the reentry entrance and show the staff your entry wristband.
  • At any entrance point, entry may be limited depending on the crowd situation inside of the venue.

Exiting

  • Please exit via the designated exitways or exits designated by staff.

Official Merch Stands

  • An "Exhibition Entrance Ticket" is required to access the merchandise stand located inside the venue.
  • The “Exhibition Entrance Ticket" can be used only for the date printed on the ticket.
  • The "Exhibition Entrance Ticket" is sold separately from the live concert ticket.
  • Please be aware that even if you make a line at the official merchandise sales booth from early morning, purchase may not be completed by the opening time of the live show. Please note that some of the merchandise items will also be sold inside the live concert venue. The information about the items to be sold at the live venue will be released by the official Twitter(@magicalmirai) on the day of the event.
  • Products on sale will be in limited quantity. Please be aware that some products may become sold out.
  • Please note that we will not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds of merchandise items unless there is a defect on the product.
  • Please note that exchange or returns will not be accepted for damaged or stained packaging, product mounts, or wrapping.
  • Please refrain from lining up and standing by the venue on the day or night before the event.
  • We recommend you use credit cards (Master, VISA, JCB, UnionPay are available) or electronic payment (Transportation IC cards, iD, Rakuten Edy, nanaco, WAON, QUICPay, Paypay) at the official merch stands. You can also purchase with cash.

  • Please be sure to check the purchased products and accounting details at the cashier.
  • We cannot put on hold, order, or ship out the merchandise.

  • Random items are randomly selected by the sales staff, and the contents cannot be checked before purchase.
  • We cannot guarantee that you will get every variation of a random item even if you buy a large quantity.
  • Stocks are prepared for each day, but they are not held for each show.

Live Concert

Live Tickets

  • A "Live Concert Ticket" is required for each show (all numbered seats). Please read notifications on the ticket very carefully and follow staff guidance at the venue.
  • Admission of preschool children under 5 years old is free of charge (up to 1 child sitting on caretaker's lap). However, if you want to use a seat at the venue, you will need a ticket. Please be sure to bring a certificate such as an insurance card as we may ask to verify the age of the child.
  • Please keep the ticket stub for at least one month after the event date.
  • The Live Concert Ticket will not be sold at the venue on the event day.
  • Ticket purchase requires a registry of personal information. If you purchase multiple tickets, please register the personal information of your companions as well. Thank you for your cooperation.

Entry / Reentry

  • Please bring personal identification as you may be asked to verify your identity.
  • Entry may happen in waves depending on seat numbers.
  • In the case that there are delays in the show starting, venue announcements and staff guidance will be made. Regardless, please arrive at the live venue with time to spare.
  • Reentry is not allowed. In the case of extreme circumstances, please consult with a staff member at the entrance.

Admission of U-18 seats (Day Show)

  • If you have a U18 seat ticket, please be sure to bring an identification card (student card / insurance card / other certificate) that can confirm the age of the person under 18 years old. Without proper confirmation, admission may be refused.

Wheelchair Access

  • Attendees in wheelchairs will be guided to wheelchair spaces. Anybody who is accompanying must have their own tickets. Due to viewing space restrictions, upon purchase of your ticket please contact below at least one week before the show.

Waiting/Viewing

  • Please refrain from wearing hats, dressings, cheering goods, etc. which may block the view for other audience members.
  • The concert will be very loud; please be careful for young children.
  • Jumping, standing on your seat, and bringing in your own stool to stand on are prohibited.
  • The concert will be approximately 2 hours long.

Exiting

  • In order to avoid crowding, exiting will be done in controlled waves. Please wait at your seat for staff guidance.

Glow Sticks

  • Use of special glow sticks (with a length of 25 cm or more, with excessive light emission, handmade/modified), flashlights, devices using batteries, light bulbs, light-emitting materials or LEDs, are restricted as they can cause inconvenience and injury to people around you and may interfere with the production and management of the live concert.

    *Please understand and cooperate in order to let all attendees enjoy the live concert comfortably.

    *In addition, please be careful not to swing your glow stick excessively as it may cause inconvenience to those around you.

Prohibited Glow Sticks

  • 25 cm long or more, battery-powered or not
  • Battery-powered glow sticks using any power source other than button batteries. (Including those shorter than 25 cm)
  • Glow sticks with shape and performance modifications from market standards, such as increased brightness, flashing, multiple glow sticks combined, etc.
  • Handmade devices.
  • Any other device deemed inappropriate by staff.

    *Official merchandise glow sticks are adjusted in advance and are compliant to the above restrictions.

    *Official merchandise glow sticks from past Hatsune Miku concerts are also compliant to the above restrictions, and can be used.

Filming/Photography

  • Taking pictures and recording video or audio in the concert hall are strictly forbidden.
  • Filming, audio recording, and photography at Digital Stars @ MAGICAL MIRAI 2023 is not allowed. (This rule applies before and after the performance as well.)
  • Although phototography inside the exhibition is allowed in general, there may be sections where taking photos and recording are not allowed depending on the content. Please follow the indications as well as the staff's instructions.
  • Taking photos with scanners and related devices, including scanner apps, are prohibited.
  • Bringing any type of selfie stick, gimbals, large equipment such as large monopods, tripods, stepladders, telephoto lenses, etc. into the venue is not allowed (except for registered news media).
  • Do not shoot videos while walking since it may cause accidents
  • Please do not insert selfie sticks, cameras, etc. into restricted areas (areas separated by partitions, etc.) as it is dangerous.
  • Live broadcasts/live streaming is prohibited. *Except for registered media
  • When filming a person as well as posting or publishing photos and videos afterwards, please make sure the subject has consented to being filmed.
  • Taking photos or videos of others without their consent is strongly prohibited.
  • Corporations and individual business owners other than cooperating companies of this event shall not take photos or publish for their own promotion.
