*There are differences between the HAMAMATSU, OSAKA and TOKYO notices. Please read carefully.

Common Terms

Basic Information

  • Entry into the live show requires a "live show ticket," and entry into the exhibition requires an "exhibition ticket." A "live show ticket" does not grant entry to the exhibition, and an "exhibition ticket" does not grant entry into the live concert.
  • Transportation fees to the venue and accommodation fees are to be borne by the attendant.
  • The event may be cancelled, postponed, or have its contents and location changed subject to various circumstances such as weather conditions.
  • The venue has been reserved for this event, and independent events by attendants are prohibited (including interviews). Please also understand that we are requested by the venue to make sure that areas around the venue and the pathways towards stations are not blocked. We kindly ask for your cooperation.

    *Regarding coverage of the event, certain registered news/interview media are exempt.

  • To avoid accidents and confusion, and to ensure smooth entrance for all people, please follow the instructions from the staff. If you do not follow staff instructions or the rules, you may be refused entry to the venue or the event may be cancelled. The ticket is non-refundable in this case.
  • Please do not run inside or outside of the venue. When you line up or enter/exit, please walk in order.
  • Please do not cut in line or secure a spot in line by leaving your luggage. Meeting up with a friend or acquaintance already in line is prohibited. When you are leaving for using the bathroom or due to indisposition, make sure to inform people around you.
  • Please do not leave small children unattended. Announcements for individual calls cannot be made at the venue.
  • If you are feeling sick (have symptoms of a possible infectious disease), please consult with a medical institution before visiting the venue.
  • Please pay attention to your health condition, and if you feel sick, please inform the nearest staff member as soon as possible.
  • Please handle your personal belongings and valuable items at your own responsibility.

    *Please note that coin lockers at the venue and in its vicinity are limited in number.

  • In the event that one of your belongings has been stolen or lost, or if you suffer an injury or are feeling sick, please inform the nearest staff member as soon as possible.
  • If you find any lost items, please bring it to the Information Desk at the venue.
  • Do not run or use your smartphone while walking in the venue to avoid unexpected accidents.
  • Do not bring large luggage that could inconvenience other people.
  • Walking with items such as balloons that float overhead or while holding items above your head is prohibited at the venue, as this can obstruct the view of other guests and/or can cause accidents.
  • Food/beverage consumption and smoking are allowed only in designated areas. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the venue. Please do not come to the venue after consuming alcohol. Consumption of beverages for hydration is allowed.
  • For smoking areas, please check the official website of the venue.
  • Do not sit-down for long periods of time, or lay down inside the venue.
  • Please do not occupy spaces or spread belongings at the venue for extended periods of time.
  • Please be cautious about the questionnaires and soliciting outside of the venue, as those are unofficial.
  • Please do not buy official/unofficial merchandise being sold outside of the venue unofficially.
  • Do not take home exhibition and advertising materials.
  • Please refrain from bringing raw leeks to the venue.
  • Please refrain from bringing gifts for performers as they cannot be accepted by the organizers or venue staff, regardless of who they are from (including corporations and personal gifts).
  • Regardless of individuals/corporations, sales and scouting activities towards participating corporations, performers and related individuals are prohibited.
  • There will be photo shootings, video recordings, and media interviews at each venue. Please understand that there is a possibility that you may be visible in a media-published photo or video.
  • We are not responsible for any disputes amongst visitors. In such cases, please consult between each participant.
  • The event may be cancelled, postponed, or have its contents and location changed subject to various circumstances such as weather conditions.
  • Reproduction, diversion, distribution of images/videos from this website is prohibited.
  • To avoid confusion and incidents, please do not hold any fan events relating to "Magical Mirai 2026" and Piapro characters including "Hatsune Miku" on the same day and venue of the event. (Including gatherings and events)
  • Please refrain from making inquiries to the event facility.
  • The contents of the "Important Notices" are the rules for this event. Regarding actions not mentioned, if the actions will cause trouble to other participants or if the event staff finds the actions inappropriate, you may be approached by the staff. We ask for your cooperation.

Regarding Tickets

  • Please note that we do not grant refunds for any personal reasons. We may refund in the case of cancellation, postponement, or change of the event content due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather).

The wheelchair seating for this event differs from the locations indicated on the ACT CITY Hamamatsu Main Hall seating chart.

About Exhibition Entrance Tickets

  • An "Exhibition Entrance Ticket" is required for entry.
  • Ticket purchase requires a registry of personal information. If you purchase multiple tickets, please register the personal information of your companions as well. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • Admission of children under 5 years old is free of charge (up to 1 child accompanying each guardian with a ticket). Please make sure to bring an identification document (such as a passport), as we may ask to verify the child's age.
  • Please make sure to check "Regarding Tickets" in the Common Terms listed in the Important Notices.

Entry / Reentry

  • Exhibition Tickets are only valid for the date and time printed on the ticket. After your ticket is verified at the "Exhibition Ticket Counter," you will be issued a wristband that allows entry and a free gift (while supplies last).
  • Enterance wristband is only valid on the day it is issued. It may not be used for a different day and/or venue.
  • Entrance wristband is required for reentry. Please be careful not to lose it.
  • For reentry, use the reentry entrance and show the staff your entrance wristband.
  • At any entrance point, entry may be limited depending on the crowd situation inside of the venue.

Exiting

  • Please exit via the designated exitways or exits designated by staff.

Official Merch Stands

  • An "Exhibition Ticket" is required to access the merchandise stand located inside the venue.
  • The “Exhibition Ticket" can be used only for the date printed on the ticket.
  • Please understand that you may not be able to make purchases until the open time, or the start time of the live show. Please note that some of the merchandise items will also be sold inside the live concert venue. The information about the items to be sold at the live venue will be released by the official X(@magicalmirai) on the day of the event.
  • Products on sale will be in limited quantity. Please be aware that some products may become sold out.
  • Please note that we will not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds of merchandise items unless there is a defect on the product. For defective products, please notify the staff at the site of purchase.
  • Please note that exchange or returns will not be accepted for damaged or stained packaging, product mounts, or wrapping.
  • Please refrain from lining up and standing by the venue on the day or night before the event.

  • Cosplay is only permitted in the exhibition area of the Exhibition and Event Hall. Please do not leave the Exhibition and Event Hall with your cosplay costume and wig on.
  • Attending the live shows and exhibitions at the Congress Center and the Main Hall while wearing cosplay costumes and cosplay wigs is prohibited.
  • Please refrain from changing clothes in public restrooms or other public facilities.
  • Please note that the cosplay dressing room provided at the venue has limited capacity. No costs such as cosplay registration fee, dressing room usage fee, camera registration fee, or any others will be charged to participants.
  • There is no specialized entrance only for cosplay dressing room users. Please line up in the general exhibition entrance line.
  • Acts that may inconvenience other participants as well as wearing costumes that may cause discomfort to other participants are prohibited.
  • Please perform cosplay on one's own responsibility. Neither the organizer nor the venue are responsible for any accidents and troubles caused by the content of cosplay.
  • Costumes which entirely cover the face (such as a full face cover, mask, helmet, headgear) are prohibited.
  • It is prohibited to bring items which may hurt other people (such as long metallic items).
  • Costumes which feature indecent exposure (revealing private parts or underwear) are prohibited.
  • Please refrain from extended photo sessions or other acts which may inconvenience those around you.
  • Please be sure that photography is only done with consenting parties.
  • There is a "Fan Fun Area" set in the venue. Feel free to use this area during crowded times.
  • Please understand that there will be times where the "Fan Fun Area" will be unavailable for cases such as preparation and cleanup.

  • Flower stands for Hatsune Miku "Magical Mirai 2026" will only be accepted from the official vendor for the event, "Start Flowers."

    *Due to limited space, there will be a limit on the number of flower stands on a first come first serve basis.

Live Concert

Live Tickets

  • A "Live Concert Ticket" is required for each show (all numbered/reserved seating). Please read the notifications on the ticket very carefully and follow staff guidance at the venue.
  • One ticket required per person. For reserved seating only, one child per guardian may accompany without a ticket, if the child is under five years old and can be seated in the guardian's lap.
    Please make sure to bring an identification document (such as a passport), as we may ask to verify the child's age.
  • Please keep the ticket stub for at least one month after the event date.
  • Ticket purchase requires a registry of personal information. If you purchase multiple tickets, please register the personal information of your companions as well. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • Please make sure to check "Regarding Tickets" in the Common Terms listed in the Important Notices.

Entry / Reentry

  • At all venues, we will conduct "identity verifications" at random upon entry to the concert.

    HAMAMATSU  OSAKA  TOKYO

  • Entry may happen in waves depending on seat numbers.
  • In the case of any delays in the show starting, venue announcements and staff guidance will be made. Regardless, please arrive at the live venue with time to spare.
  • Reentry is not allowed. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, please consult with a staff member at the entrance.

Admission of U-18 seats (Day Show)

  • If you have a U-18 seat ticket, please be sure to bring an identification document (student ID, passport, or any document that can confirm your age as 18 years old and under). Without proper confirmation, admission may be refused.

Waiting/Viewing

  • Please refrain from wearing hats, ornaments/decorations, cheering goods, etc. which may block the view of other audience members.
  • Do not wave cheering goods other than glow sticks. Ring lights within the regulations may be used.
  • Excessive waving of glow sticks may cause trouble to other audience members. Be careful to not block the view of others around you when cheering.
  • Please confirm your designated seat space on your ticket, and watch from your designated seat space.
  • The concert will be very loud, and there will be flashing lights. Please take extra care of young children and for those who may be feeling unwell.
  • Jumping, standing on your seat, and bringing in your own stool to stand on are prohibited.
  • The concert will be approximately 2 hours long.

Exiting

  • In order to avoid crowding, exiting will be done in controlled waves. Please wait at your seat for staff guidance.
    Please also understand that it may take time until you reach the exit. Do not run nor push while exiting.

Glow Sticks

  • During the concert, only 1 glow stick per hand (up to 2 in total) is allowed.
  • Use of special glow sticks (with a length of 25 cm or more, with excessive light emission, handmade/modified), flashlights, devices using batteries, light bulbs, light-emitting materials or LEDs, are restricted as they can cause inconvenience and injury to people around you, and may interfere with the production and management of the live concert.

    *Please understand and cooperate in order to let all attendees enjoy the live concert comfortably.

    *In addition, please be careful not to swing your glow stick excessively as it may cause inconvenience to those around you.

Prohibited Glow Sticks / Ring Lights

  • 25 cm long or more, whether it is battery-powered or not
  • Battery-powered glow sticks using any power source other than button batteries. (Including those shorter than 25 cm)
  • Glow sticks with shape and performance modifications from market standards, such as increased brightness, flashing, multiple glow sticks combined, etc.
  • Handmade devices.
  • Any other device deemed inappropriate by staff.

    *Official merchandise glow sticks / ring lights are adjusted in advance and are compliant to the above restrictions.

    *Official merchandise glow sticks from past Hatsune Miku concerts are also compliant to the above restrictions, and can be used.

Filming/Photography

  • Filming, photography, and voice recording is prohibited at the live concert venue prior, during, and after the concert.
  • Although photography inside the exhibition is allowed in general, there may be sections where taking photos and audio recording are not allowed depending on the content. Please follow the indications as well as the staff's instructions.
  • Taking photos with scanners and related devices, including scanner apps, are prohibited.
  • Bringing and using any type of selfie stick, gimbals, large equipment such as large monopods, tripods, stepladders, telephoto lenses, etc. into the venue is not allowed (including usage purposes other than photography and filming).

  • Do not shoot videos while walking since it may cause accidents
  • Please do not insert selfie sticks, cameras, etc. into restricted areas (areas separated by partitions, etc.) as it is dangerous.
  • Live broadcasts/live streaming is prohibited. *Except for registered media
  • When filming a person as well as posting or publishing photos and videos afterwards, please make sure the subject has consented to being filmed.
  • Taking photos or videos of others without their consent is strictly prohibited.
  • Corporations and individual business owners other than cooperating companies of this event shall not take photos or publish for their own promotion.
