General rules

Please follow the guidance of staff while making a line or when the site is crowded, as well as in any case of emergency.
Please do not cut in line by meeting up with a friend or acquaintance already in line. You cannot secure a spot in line by leaving your luggage.
If you have symptoms such as a fever or cough, please consult with a medical institution before visiting the venue.
Please pay attention to your health condition, such as staying hydrated to prevent heatstroke.
If you feel sick, please inform the nearest staff member as soon as possible.
Personal belongings and valuable items are solely your responsibility.

* Please understand that the number of coin-operated lockers inside and outside the venue is limited.
The venue is expected to be very crowded. People with small children must keep an eye on them at all time and hold their hand inside the venue.
We recommend that you decide on a meeting place and time in advance, in case you lose sight of a person accompanying you.
Announcements for individual calls cannot be made at the venue.
Please visit the "General Information" in case of any issues inside the venue.
Please refrain from bringing raw leeks to the venue.
The event may be cancelled, postponed, or have its contents and location changed subject to various circumstances such as weather conditions.
We are not responsible for any disputes amongst visitors. In such cases, please consult between each participant.
If you engage in behavior that may create a disturbance to the surrounding audience, hinder the quality of the performance or the normal operation of the show, you will receive a warning from the staff.
Please note that participants who are considered to be in violation of the rules may be refused to enter or forced to leave the venue.

Please refrain from lining up and standing by the venue prior to 6:00 am of the event date.

Please refrain from lining up and standing by the venue prior to 7:00 am of the event date.

Exhibition

“Exhibition Entrance Ticket" is necessary for visiting the exhibition. Children under 5 years old may enter free of charge; please enter with guardians. Since it is expected to be very crowded inside the venue, please be careful not to get separated.
“Exhibition Entrance Ticket" can be used only for one day during the event period at each venue.
Anybody with the live concert ticket (other than U - 18 seats) can enter the exhibition with the sub-ticket “Exhibition Entrance Ticket".
For those who have only the live concert ticket for U-18 seat, please purchase the " Exhibition Entrance Ticket " separately for the exhibition.
Day-ticket of the “Exhibition Entrance Ticket" will be sold at the venue during the event at the box office.

* The ticket sales of the event venue will start 30 minutes prior to the start of exhibition each day. Only cash payment is accepted for purchasing the day ticket. In addition, please note that the sales may be stopped / ended in case of congestion at the site or being sold out.
There will be only one entrance at the venue. Please refrain from running in the site.
・Please note that entrance regulation and waiting time may occur when the venue is crowded.

* Please follow staff guidance and announcements for re-entry; although there will be a re-entrance gate, you may be queued in to the regular entrance when the venue is crowded. Please make sure to wear the wristband distributed at the time of first entry as it will be necessary for re-entry.
Although eating and drinking at the exhibition hall is allowed, please be careful not to inconvenience other customers around you.

As a general rule, one person can buy only up to 5 items per product, according to each purchase. However, the following items are exceptions.

General Caution

Please be aware that even if you make a line at the official merchandise sales booth from early morning, purchase may not be completed by the opening time of the show. Please note that some of the merchandise items will also be sold inside the live concert venue. The information about the items to be sold at the live venue will be released by the official Twitter (@magicalmirai) on the day of the event.
Products on sale will be in limited quantity. Please be aware that some products may be sold out.
Please note that we will not accept returns, exchanges or refunds of merchandise items unless there is a defect on the product.
There may be long waiting lines for merchandise. If you feel sick, please inform the staff closest to you as soon as possible.
Please refrain from lining up and standing by the venue on the day or night before the event.
"Exhibition Entrance Ticket" is required for entering the merchandise sales area. Exhibition Entrance Ticket can be purchase at "Day Ticket Office" of the event venue.
Payment can be made either by cash or credit card (Master, VISA, JCB, Unionpay).

Live Concert

"Live Concert Ticket" is required for each show (all seats specified). Please be aware that the contents of important notice will be different on each seating. Please pay attention to the notes specified on the voucher and follow instructions of the staff in the venue.
Live Concert Ticket will not be sold at the venue on the event day.
Admission of preschool children under 5 years old is free of charge (up to 1 child sitting on caretaker's lap). However, if you want to use a seat at the venue, you will need a ticket. Please be sure to bring a certificate such as an insurance card as we may ask to verify the age of the child.
Only those who hold a live concerte ticket for each performance can enter.

* Admission times vary according to each performance, so please make sure you do not make a mistake. Admission time may be delayed due to unforseen circumstances.

* All seats are specified. Please do not run in the venue.
Once you enter the venue, you will need the ticket stub for re-entering. Please be careful not to lose the stub since we cannot re-issue the ticket in case it is lost.

* “Exhibition Entrance Ticket" cannot be used for entering the live concert venue.

* Wrist band provided at the "exhibition venue” cannot be used for entering the live concert venue
The live concert will be performed for two hours. You will leave from the same entrance as you entered, but there may be additional temporary exits. In such case please leave promptly according to the guidance and announcements from the staff.
Acts such as jumping, standing on your seat, etc. are prohibited as it may cause inconvenience to people around you.

About glow sticks

Use of special glow sticks (with a length of 25 cm or more, with excessive light emission, handmade/modified), flashlights, devices using batteries, light bulbs, light-emitting materials or LEDs, are restricted as they can cause inconvenience and injury to people around you and may interfere with the production and management of the live concert.

* Please understand and cooperate in order to let all attendees enjoy the live concert comfortably

* In addition, please be careful not to swing your glow stick excessively as it may cause inconvenience to those around you.

25 cm long or more, battery-powered or not
battery-powered glow sticks using other than button batteries. (Including those shorter than 25 cm)
Glow-sticks with shapes and performances modified from the one on the market such as increased brightness, flashing, multiple glow stick combined, etc.
handmade devices
any other device judged inappropriate by staff.

* Official merchandise glow sticks are adjusted in advance and are compliant to the above restrictions.

* Official merchandise glow sticks from past Hatsune Miku concerts are also compliant to the above restrictions, and can be used.

Admission of U-18 seats (day time)

If you have a U18 seat ticket, please be sure to bring an identification card (student card / insurance card / other certificate) that can confirm the age of the person under 18 years old. Without proper confirmation, admission may be refused.
Live ticket for U-18 seat does not include "Exhibition Entrance Ticket". If you wish, please purchase "Exhibition Entrance Ticket” separately.

BOX seat

Standing while viewing the show at the BOX seat is prohibited so that participants including small children can enjoy the show.

About Filming

During the live concert and exhibition, media coverage, shooting of TV programs, recording of images etc. will take place at the venue. Please be aware that you or any person present at the venue may appear on those recorded images.
Taking pictures and recording video in the concert hall are strictly forbidden.
Although photo shooting for the exhibition is allowed in general, there may be sections where taking photo and recording is not allowed depending on the content. Please follow the indication as well as the staff's instructions.
Bringing large equipment such as large monopods, tripods, stepladders, telephoto lenses, etc. into the venue is not allowed. (except registered news media)
Please do not move around while shooting video. In addition, live streaming is not allowed (except by registered news media).
Selling photo and/or video, as well as distributing through paid streaming services are prohibited (except for registered news media).
When filming a person (including cosplayers) as well as posting or publishing photos and videos afterwards, please make sure the subject has consented to filming.
Taking a photo of a person without their consent (including cosplayers), as well as inconvenienceing others while shooting is forbidden.
Please do not occupy a spot for long period of time for shooting.
Corporations and individual business owners other than cooperating companies of this event shall not take photo or publish for their own promotion.
