General rules

  • Please follow the guidance of staff while waiting in line, in case of overcrowding, as well as in case of emergency.
  • Please do not cut in line or secure a spot in line by leaving your luggage. Meeting up with a friend or acquaintance already in line is prohibited. When you are leaving for using the bathroom or due to indisposition, make sure to inform people around you.
  • If you are feeling sick (have symptoms of a possible infectious disease), please consult with a medical institution before visiting the venue.
  • Please pay attention to your health condition, and if you feel sick, please inform the nearest staff member as soon as possible.
  • In the event that one of your belongings got stolen or lost, or if you suffer an injury, please inform the nearest staff member as soon as possible.
  • Please handle your personal belongings and valuable items at your own responsibility.

    * Please understand that the number of coin-operated lockers inside and outside the venue is limited.

  • People with small children must stay with them all the time. Announcements for individual calls cannot be made at the venue.
  • Eating, drinking, and smoking are only available in specific areas. Drinking alcoholic beverages is prohibited inside the venue.
  • Do not open your luggage or otherwise monopolize the public spaces.
  • Do not take home exhibition and advertising materials.
  • Do not run, or stare at your smartphone while you walk in the venue to avoid unexpected accidents.
  • Do not bring large luggage that could harm or inconvenience other people.
  • There will be photo shootings, video recordings, and media interviews at each venue. Please understand that there is a possibility that you might be visible in a media-published photo or video.
  • Please refrain from bringing raw leeks to the venue.
  • The event may be cancelled, postponed, or have its contents and location changed subject to various circumstances such as weather conditions.
  • We are not responsible for any disputes amongst visitors. In such cases, please consult between each participant.
  • To avoid accidents or confusion, and to ensure smooth entrance for all people, please follow the instructions from staff. If you could not follow staff instructions or the rules, you might be refused to enter the venue or the event could be cancelled.

TOKYO

  • Please refrain from lining up and standing by the venue prior to 6:00 am of the event date.

OSAKA

  • Please refrain from lining up and standing by the venue prior to 7:00 am of the event date.

Exhibition

  • “Exhibition Entrance Ticket" can be used only for one day during the event period at each venue.
  • Anybody with the live concert ticket (other than U - 18 seats) can enter the exhibition with the sub-ticket “Exhibition Entrance Ticket".

    * For those who have only the live concert ticket for U-18 seat, please purchase the " Exhibition Entrance Ticket " separately for the exhibition.

  • Day-ticket of the “Exhibition Entrance Ticket" will be sold at the venue during the event at the box office.

    * The ticket sales of the event venue will start 30 minutes prior to the start of exhibition each day. Only cash payment is accepted for purchasing the day ticket. In addition, please note that the sales may be stopped / ended in case of congestion at the site or being sold out.

  • Please note that entrance regulation and waiting time may occur when the venue is crowded.

    * Please follow staff guidance and announcements for re-entry; although there will be a re-entrance gate, you may be queued in to the regular entrance when the venue is crowded. Please make sure to wear the wristband distributed at the time of first entry as it will be necessary for re-entry.

Purchase limit

As a general rule, one person can buy only up to 5 items per product, according to each purchase. However, the following items are exceptions.

General Caution

  • Please be aware that even if you make a line at the official merchandise sales booth from early morning, purchase may not be completed by the opening time of the show. Please note that some of the merchandise items will also be sold inside the live concert venue. The information about the items to be sold at the live venue will be released by the official Twitter (@magicalmirai) on the day of the event.
  • Products on sale will be in limited quantity. Please be aware that some products may be sold out.
  • Please note that we will not accept returns, exchanges or refunds of merchandise items unless there is a defect on the product.
  • Please note that exchange or returns will not be accepted for damaged or stained package, product mount or wrapping.
  • Please refrain from lining up and standing by the venue on the day or night before the event.
  • Payment can be made either by cash or credit card (Master, VISA, JCB, Unionpay).

Live Concert

  • A "Live Concert Ticket" is required for each show (all numbered seats). Please read notifications on the ticket very carefully and follow staff guidance at the venue.
  • Live Concert Ticket will not be sold at the venue on the event day.
  • Admission of preschool children under 5 years old is free of charge (up to 1 child sitting on caretaker's lap). However, if you want to use a seat at the venue, you will need a ticket. Please be sure to bring a certificate such as an insurance card as we may ask to verify the age of the child.
  • Once you enter the venue, you will need the ticket stub for re-entering. Please be careful not to lose the stub since we cannot re-issue the ticket in case it is lost.
  • The live concert is expected to last two hours. After the show please leave promptly following staff guidance and announcements.
  • Acts such as jumping, standing on your seat, etc. are prohibited as it may cause inconvenience to people around you.
  • Refrain from waving anything besides glow sticks.

About glow sticks

  • Use of special glow sticks (with a length of 25 cm or more, with excessive light emission, handmade/modified), flashlights, devices using batteries, light bulbs, light-emitting materials or LEDs, are restricted as they can cause inconvenience and injury to people around you and may interfere with the production and management of the live concert.

    * Please understand and cooperate in order to let all attendees enjoy the live concert comfortably.

    * In addition, please be careful not to swing your glow stick excessively as it may cause inconvenience to those around you.

Glow sticks that cannot be used

  • 25 cm long or more, battery-powered or not
  • Battery-powered glow sticks using other than button batteries. (Including those shorter than 25 cm)
  • Glow-sticks with shapes and performances modified from the one on the market such as increased brightness, flashing, multiple glow stick combined, etc.
  • Handmade devices
  • Any other device judged inappropriate by staff.

    * Official merchandise glow sticks are adjusted in advance and are compliant to the above restrictions.

    * Official merchandise glow sticks from past Hatsune Miku concerts are also compliant to the above restrictions, and can be used.

Admission of U-18 seats (day time)

  • If you have a U18 seat ticket, please be sure to bring an identification card (student card / insurance card / other certificate) that can confirm the age of the person under 18 years old. Without proper confirmation, admission may be refused.

About Filming

  • Taking pictures and recording video in the concert hall are strictly forbidden.
  • Although photo shooting for the exhibition is allowed in general, there may be sections where taking photos and recording is not allowed depending on the content. Please follow the indication as well as the staff's instructions.
  • Bringing large equipment such as large monopods, tripods, stepladders, telephoto lenses, etc. into the venue is not allowed. (except registered news media)
  • Do not shoot videos while walking since it can cause accidents
  • Live broadcast is prohibited. *Except for registered media
  • When filming a person (including cosplayers) as well as posting or publishing photos and videos afterwards, please make sure the subject has consented to filming.
  • Taking photos or videos of others without their consent is strongly prohibited.
  • Please do not occupy a spot for a long period of time for shooting.
  • Corporations and individual business owners other than cooperating companies of this event shall not take photos or publish for their own promotion.

OSAKA

Cosplay Dressing Room

Opening Hours:

  • Arriving at the INTEX Osaka venue in cosplay costumes & wigs will be prohibited. Please note that attendees who are not compliant may be declined entry despite having a valid ticket.
  • Cosplaying is allowed only in the exhibition hall of INTEX Osaka Building No.4. Exiting the exhibition venue in cosplay costumes and wigs will be prohibited.
  • Cosplaying is prohibited at the live concert and exhibition stage in INTEX Osaka Building No.5 – A, B.
  • There will be a dressing room for cosplaying at the venue. Please note that the available space is limited.
  • No costs such as cosplay registration fee, dressing room usage fee, camera registration fee, or any other will be charged to participants.
  • In order to use the cosplay dressing room, please make a line at the entrance of the exhibition. There is no exclusive entrance for the dressing room.
  • Acts that may inconvenience other participants as well as wearing costumes that may cause discomfort are prohibited.
  • Please perform cosplay on one's own responsibility. Neither the organizer nor the venue are responsible for any accidents and troubles caused by the content of cosplay.
  • Costumes which entirely cover the face (such as a full face cover, mask, helmet, headgear) are prohibited.
  • It is prohibited to bring items which may hurt other people (such as long metallic item).
  • Costumes which feature indecent exposure (revealing private parts or underwear) are prohibited.
  • Please use the cosplay area provided in the venue when the site is crowded.
  • Participants who are considered to be in violation of the rules may be forced to cease cosplaying or to leave the venue.
  • We ask for your understanding and cooperation that all customers must leave the exhibition site by 18:00.
