Before the Event
Installation of the COVID-19 Contact App (COCOA)

Please install the COVID-19 Contact App recommended by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
In the case that the attendee cannot install the app, they may be asked to fill in a form instead.

Physical Condition before Arriving
- Please measure your body temperature before leaving for the venue, and attend only if your temperature reads below 37.5 degrees Celsius.
- If you have a preexisting condition or are pregnant, or are otherwise at high risk, please consult with a physician before coming to the venue.
About Tickets
- Tickets cannot be reissued for any reasons, including being lost or destroyed. Please be sure to handle your ticket with care.
- Please be sure to reserve your ticket stub (which has entry date and seat numbers) for at least one month after the event date.

About Masks
- You will be refused entry if you are not wearing a mask. Even if you remove the mask for drinking water, please put the mask back on as soon as you are done.
- Please wear a mask not just at the venue, but on the way to the venue and on the way home as well.
- Please be sure to have a spare mask ready in case you lose or cannot use your current mask.
Registering for COVID-19 Contact Tracing Systems
Temperature Readings At Venue Entrance
- Please comply with body temperature checks at the live venue and exhibition hall entrances.
- Please measure your body temperature before leaving for the venue, and attend only if your temperature reads below 37.5 degrees Celsius.
Disinfection
- Please use the disinfectant provided at the live venue and exhibition hall entrances, as well as after using the bathrooms of either venue.
- Disinfectant will be provided at various locations within the venues. Please cooperate and clean your hands.
- High-traffic areas with hand contact will be routinely cleaned and disinfected.
Waiting Line / Inside the Venue
- Please hold distance between each other while in line.
- Please socially distance even when in line as a party (except for parents with children).
- Please refrain from speaking loudly or shouting while inside or outside of the venue. Please limit cheering of the live show and exhibition stages to applause, hand claps, and waving glow sticks.
- Staff may intervene in situations where social distance is not being maintained or there are otherwise high risks of transmission.
- Please refrain from distributing/trading of goods at the venue.
- Photographs or video footage of any waiting lines and inside of the venue may be filmed and publicized.
- If you refuse to comply with staff guidance, you may be asked to leave the venue or refused entry. You will not be refunded for any tickets in this case.
Smoking
- Smoking is restricted to designated smoking areas.
- For details on the status of smoking areas, please see the venues' official websites.
Alcohol Consumption
- Alcohol consumption is prohibited both inside of the live venue and the exhibition hall.
Cosplay
- Cosplaying is prohibited both inside and outside of the venue.
Gift Flowers/Presents
- We will not be accepting gift flowers during the event regardless of whether it is from a company or from an individual.
- We can not accept gifts for performers, exhibitors, staff (including creators) during the event.
Event Operation
Ventilation
- The venue will be constantly ventilated by its air conditioning system.
- The venue doors will occasionally be opened to allow for air circulation. Please be sure you are wearing clothes that can handle temperature differences.
Emergency Medical Services
- The venue will have a medical service area with staff on hand.
- On the day of the event, if you are injured or feel ill, please inform the nearest staff member.
- If any irregularities occur, they will be dealt with in cooperation with nearby medical institutions.
Event Staff
- Event staff will always wear a mask, and depending on their position may wear face shields and gloves as well.
- All staff and performers will maintain their health and comply with body temperature checks upon entry. Any staff members with a fever or any other symptoms will not take their stations.
Personal Information
Changes, Cancellations/Postponements
- If there are any mandates by local or federal governments to refrain from holding the event, the event may be postponed or canceled. Regardless of government mandates, depending on the spread of the disease the event may be postponed, canceled, or have its contents changed.
There are many more regulations this year than in previous events, and we will work diligently to prevent the spread of infection. We ask for each and every attendees' cooperation and understanding.
Exhibition
Exhibition Entrance Tickets
- An "Exhibition Entrance Ticket" is required for entry.
- “Exhibition Entrance Ticket" can be used only for the one date printed on the ticket.
- The "Exhibition Entrance Ticket" is sold separately from the live concert ticket.
Door Tickets
- "Exhibition Entrance Ticket" will be sold on the event dates at the venue.
- The ticket will be valid for only the day that it was bought.

- Tickets can only be purchased with cash.
- Ticket sales are subject to change depending on pre-sales and attendance numbers. In the event that the attendance capacity is met, or the venue is crowded, ticket sales may be paused or finished.
Entry/Reentry
- You will be refused entry if you are not wearing a mask. Even if you remove the mask for drinking water, please put the mask back on as soon as you are done.
- Exhibition Entrance Ticket will be confirmed by sight by staff. Attendees will need to tear off and submit the ticket stub by themselves.
- After ticket confirmation, attendees will receive an entrance wristband and a novelty gift, while supplies last.
- Entrance wristband is required for reentry. Please be careful not to lose it.
- For reentry, use the reentry entrance and show the staff your entry wristband.
- At any entrance point, entry may be limited depending on the crowd situtation inside of the venue.
Exiting
- Please exit via the designated exitways or exits designated by staff.

Live Concert
Live Tickets
- A "Live Concert Ticket" is required for each show (all numbered seats). Please read notifications on the ticket very carefully and follow staff guidance at the venue.
- Admission of preschool children under 5 years old is free of charge (up to 1 child sitting on caretaker's lap). However, if you want to use a seat at the venue, you will need a ticket. Please be sure to bring a certificate such as an insurance card as we may ask to verify the age of the child.
- Please keep the ticket stub for at least one month after the event date.
- Live Concert Ticket will not be sold at the venue on the event day.
Entry/Reentry
- Please bring personal identification as you may be asked to verify your identity.
- Entry may happen in waves depending on seat numbers.
- In the case that there are delays in the show starting, venue announcements and staff guidance will be made. Regardless, please arrive at the live venue with time to spare.
- The live concert ticket will be confirmed by sight by staff. Attendees will need to tear off and submit the ticket stub by themselves.
- Reentry is not allowed. In the case of extreme circumstances, please consult with a staff member at the entrance.
Admission of U-18 seats (Show 1/Show 2)
- If you have a U18 seat ticket, please be sure to bring an identification card (student card / insurance card / other certificate) that can confirm the age of the person under 18 years old. Without proper confirmation, admission may be refused.
Seats
Waiting/Viewing
- You will be refused entry if you are not wearing a mask. Even if you remove the mask for drinking water, please put the mask back on as soon as you are done.
- Please refrain from speaking loudly or shouting while inside or outside of the venue. Please limit cheering of the live show to applause, hand claps, and waving glow sticks. Please do not wave anything other than glow sticks.
- The concert will be very loud, please be careful for young children.
- Jumping, standing on your seat, and bringing in your own stool to stand on, are prohibited.
- The concert will be 1 Hour 20 Minutes long.
Exiting
- In order to perform disinfection after each show, photo opportunities have been cancelled.
- In order to avoid crowding during exiting, please follow staff instructions. Please refrain from speaking loudly or yelling as you wait at your seat.
Glow Sticks

Use of special glow sticks (with a length of 25 cm or more, with excessive light emission, handmade/modified), flashlights, devices using batteries, light bulbs, light-emitting materials or LEDs, are restricted as they can cause inconvenience and injury to people around you and may interfere with the production and management of the live concert.
*Please understand and cooperate in order to let all attendees enjoy the live concert comfortably.
*In addition, please be careful not to swing your glow stick excessively as it may cause inconvenience to those around you.
Prohibited Glow Sticks
- 25 cm long or more, battery-powered or not
- Battery-powered glow sticks using other than button batteries. (Including those shorter than 25 cm)
- Glow-sticks with shapes and performances modified from the one on the market such as increased brightness, flashing, multiple glow stick combined, etc.
- Handmade devices

Any other device judged inappropriate by staff.
*Official merchandise glow sticks are adjusted in advance and are compliant to the above restrictions.
*Official merchandise glow sticks from past Hatsune Miku concerts are also compliant to the above restrictions, and can be used.
Filming / Photography
- Taking pictures and recording video or audio in the concert hall are strictly forbidden.
- Although photo shooting for the exhibition is allowed in general, there may be sections where taking photos and recording is not allowed depending on the content. Please follow the indication as well as the staff's instructions.
- Bringing large equipment such as large monopods, tripods, stepladders, telephoto lenses, etc. into the venue is not allowed. (except registered news media)
- Do not shoot videos while walking since it can cause accidents
- Live broadcasts/live streaming is prohibited. *Except for registered media
- When filming a person (including cosplayers) as well as posting or publishing photos and videos afterwards, please make sure the subject has consented to filming.
- Taking photos or videos of others without their consent is strongly prohibited.
- Please do not occupy a spot for a long period of time for shooting.
- Corporations and individual business owners other than cooperating companies of this event shall not take photos or publish for their own promotion.
