PLEASE READ
Regarding "Identity Verifications" for Concert Tickets
At all venues, we will conduct "identity verifications" at random upon entry to the concert.
We have confirmed unauthorized resales of the tickets for Hatsune Miku "MAGICAL MIRAI". Under such circumstances, we have received many requests for "identity verifications" upon entry to the venue. Taking the above into consideration, "identity verifications" will be conducted at random upon entry to the concert. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
For "Indetity Verifications", we will check and compare the names of the purchaser on the ticket and on identification documents.
If we are unable to confirm that the attendant is the purchaser, they may be refused entry into the venue.
In such cases, the ticket and service fees used upon purchase will not be refunded.

Regarding Identification Documents
* Please note that copies and photos will not be accepted.
Regarding entry into the venue
Please make sure your ticket is issued before coming to the venue.
* Refer to the ticket application result email for the method of ticket issuing.
* Please take caution, as stores that are able to issue your ticket around the venue are expected to be crowded, and you may not make it in time for the show as a result.
* For attendants who have purchased the optional accomodation package plan, make sure to check the notices from the accomodation package plan.
For people who have purchased 2 tickets, please come to the venue with both the purchaser and the accompanying attendee present.
Make sure to bring the specified "Identification Document".
Please come to the venue with enough time to spare.

Common Items
Basic Items
- To avoid accidents and confusion, and to ensure smooth entrance for all people, please follow the instructions from staff. If you could not follow staff instructions or the rules, you may be refused entry to the venue or the event could be cancelled. The ticket is non-refundable in this case.
- Please note that we do not grant refunds for any personal reasons. We will refund in the case of cancellation, postponement, or change of the event content.
- Please do not run inside or outside of the venue. When you line up or enter/exit, please walk in order.
- Please do not cut in line or secure a spot in line by leaving your luggage. Meeting up with a friend or acquaintance already in line is prohibited. When you are leaving for using the bathroom or due to indisposition, make sure to inform people around you.
- Please do not leave small children unattended. Announcements for individual calls cannot be made at the venue.
- If you are feeling sick (have symptoms of a possible infectious disease), please consult with a medical institution before visiting the venue.
- Please pay attention to your health condition, and if you feel sick, please inform the nearest staff member as soon as possible.
- Please handle your personal belongings and valuable items at your own responsibility.
- In the event that one of your belongings has been stolen or lost, or if you suffer an injury or are feeling sick, please inform the nearest staff member as soon as possible.
- If you find any lost items, please bring it to the Information Desk at the venue.
- Do not run, or stare at your smartphone while you walk in the venue to avoid unexpected accidents.
- Do not bring large luggage that could inconvenience other people.
- Food/beverage consumption and smoking are allowed only in designated areas. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the venue. Please do not come to the venue after consuming alcohol. Consumption of beverages for hydration is allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed outside of the designated areas.
- For smoking areas, please check the official website of the venue.
- Please do not sit down on the floor of the venue.
- Do not hold or announce any individual events at the venue.
- Please also understand that we are requested by the venue to make sure that areas around the venue and the pathways towards stations are not blocked. We kindly ask for your cooperation.
- Please do not occupy spaces or spread belongings at the venue for extended periods of time.
- Please be cautious about the questionnaires and soliciting outside of the venue as those are unofficial.
- Please do not buy official/unofficial merchandise being sold outside of the venue unofficially.
- Do not take home exhibition and advertising materials.
- Please refrain from bringing raw leeks to the venue.
- Regardless of individuals/corporations, please refrain from bringing gifts for performers as they cannot be accepted.
- There will be photo shootings, video recordings, and media interviews at each venue. Please understand that there is a possibility that you might be visible in a media-published photo or video.
- We are not responsible for any disputes amongst visitors. In such cases, please consult between each participant.
- We strictly prohibit the commercial resale of tickets at high prices, and the putitng up of tickets for sale at auctions.
- The event may be cancelled, postponed, or have its contents and location changed subject to various circumstances such as weather conditions.
- Please refrain from making inquiries to the event facility.
- The content of this "Important Notices" are the rules for this event. Regarding actions not mentioned, if the actions will cause trouble to other participants or if the event staff finds the actions inappropriate, you may be approached by staff. We ask for your cooperation.

Exhibition Hall
About Exhibition Entrance Tickets
- An "Exhibition Entrance Ticket" is required for entry.
- The "Exhibition Entrance Ticket" can be used only for the one date printed on the ticket.
- The "Exhibition Entrance Ticket" is sold separately from the live concert ticket.
Ticket purchase requires a registry of personal information. If you purchase multiple - tickets, please register the personal information of your companions as well. Thank you for your cooperation.
Day Ticket Sales
- The "Exhibition Entrance Ticket" will be sold on the event dates at the venue.
- The ticket will be valid for only the day that it was bought.

* Sales opening time of the booth is subject to change depending on the entrance capacity of the day.
* Please do not line up at the Day Ticket Booth over 30 minutes before sales begin.
* Availability of the Day Tickets will change depending on pre-sale tickets and entrance capacity of the day.
* Ticket sales will be closed when tickets are sold out.
* Please note that the ticket sales will be temporarily suspended or closed if the venue is too crowded.
* Please understand that entry with the Day Ticket may be delayed if the venue reaches capacity.

Entry / Reentry
- After ticket confirmation, attendees will receive an entrance wristband and a novelty gift, while supplies last.
- Entrance wristband is required for reentry. Please be careful not to lose it.
- For reentry, use the reentry entrance and show the staff your entry wristband.
- At any entrance point, entry may be limited depending on the crowd situation inside of the venue.
Exiting
- Please exit via the designated exitways or exits designated by staff.

Official Merch Stands
- An "Exhibition Entrance Ticket" is required to access the merchandise stand located inside the venue.
- The "Exhibition Entrance Ticket" can be used only for the date printed on the ticket.
- The "Exhibition Entrance Ticket" is sold separately from the live concert ticket.
- Please be aware that even if you make a line at the official merchandise sales booth from early morning, purchase may not be completed by the opening time of the live show. Please note that some of the merchandise items will also be sold inside the live concert venue. The information about the items to be sold at the live venue will be released by the official X(@magicalmirai) on the day of the event.
- Products on sale will be in limited quantity. Please be aware that some products may become sold out.
- Please note that we will not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds of merchandise items unless there is a defect on the product.
- Please note that exchange or returns will not be accepted for damaged or stained packaging, product mounts, or wrapping.
- Please refrain from lining up and standing by the venue on the day or night before the event.

We recommend you use credit cards (Master, VISA, JCB, UnionPay are available) or electronic payment (Transportation IC cards, iD, Rakuten Edy, nanaco, WAON, QUICPay, Paypay) at the official merch stands. You can also purchase with cash.

Fees
2000 JPY (including tax)
* Only cash accepted.
* The paid fee is only for the day (during reception hours).
* For usage on multiple days, the reception would be conducted on each of the days.
- A bag for the cloakroom will be provided (90ℓ / 90cm x 1m). We will only accept luggages that fit in the cloakroom bag, with the bag fully tied up.
- You may retrieve/deposit items at your convenience within the reception time.
Items we do not accept
- Valuable items including cash, tickets, identification documents with photos, smartphones.
- Fragile items (including breakables, gadgets, instruments etc.)
- Food and drinks
- Hazardous items
- Items of size that do not fit in the cloakroom bag (suitcases that fit in the bag are allowed)
- Items that may cause water leaks, such as wet umbrellas
- Items that may tear the bag (including long umbrellas that may cause the bag to tear)
- Other items which the staff deems as unfit for keeping in the cloakroom.
Regarding the retrieval of luggage/belongings
- Please make sure to retrieve your luggage/belongings by the "latest pick up time" of the day you have paid for.
- Luggage/belongings that are not retrieved by the "latest pick up time" of the day will be disposed of.
- When using the cloakroom on multiple days, please retrieve your luggage/belongings on each day.
- Bags other than the ones we provide for the cloakroom may not be used.
- Please make sure to not lose your "pick up ticket" which will be handed to you upon the depositing of your luggage/belongings
Caution
- Only attendants wearing the "wristband" received upon initial entry into the exhibition will be able to use the cloakroom.

Retrieval/depositing of items may be conducted at your convenience within the reception times, but note that time may be taken for reception/retrievals during busy/congested times.
Congestion is especially expected after the end of the night shows; please use the cloakroom with plenty of time to spare.
- While we will take great care of your luggage/belongings, please understand that we would not be able to take responsibility if your luggage/belongings are lost / broken / dirtied when using the cloakroom.

About Flower Stands

Flower stands for Hatsune Miku "Magical Mirai 2024" will only be accepted from the official vendor for the event, Start Flowers.
* Start Flowers accepts inquiries only in Japanese.
* Due to limited space, there will be a limit on the number of flower stands on a first come first serve basis.
* For corporate entities, please send a separate inquiry.
Live Concert
Live Tickets
- A "Live Concert Ticket" is required for each show (all numbered seats). Please read notifications on the ticket very carefully and follow staff guidance at the venue.
- Admission of preschool children under 5 years old is free of charge (up to 1 child sitting on caretaker's lap). However, if you want to use a seat at the venue, you will need a ticket. Please be sure to bring a certificate such as an insurance card as we may ask to verify the age of the child.
- Please keep the ticket stub for at least one month after the event date.
- The Live Concert Ticket will not be sold at the venue on the event day.
- Ticket purchase requires a registry of personal information. If you purchase multiple tickets, please register the personal information of your companions as well. Thank you for your cooperation.
Entry / Reentry
Admission of U-18 seats (Day Show)
- If you have a U18 seat ticket, please be sure to bring an identification card (student card / insurance card / other certificate) that can confirm the age of the person under 18 years old. Without proper confirmation, admission may be refused.
Wheelchair Access
Waiting/Viewing
- Please refrain from wearing hats, dressings, cheering goods, etc. which may block the view for other audience members.
- Do not wave cheering goods other than glow sticks. Ring lights within the regulations may be used.
- Excessive waving of glow sticks may cause trouble to other audience members. Be careful to not block the view of others around you when cheering.
- Please cheer within your designated seat space.
- The concert will be very loud; please be careful for young children.
- Jumping, standing on your seat, and bringing in your own stool to stand on are prohibited.
- The concert will be approximately 2 hours long.
Exiting
- In order to avoid crowding, exiting will be done in controlled waves. Please wait at your seat for staff guidance.
Glow Sticks

Use of special glow sticks (with a length of 25 cm or more, with excessive light emission, handmade/modified), flashlights, devices using batteries, light bulbs, light-emitting materials or LEDs, are restricted as they can cause inconvenience and injury to people around you and may interfere with the production and management of the live concert.
* Please understand and cooperate in order to let all attendees enjoy the live concert comfortably.
* In addition, please be careful not to swing your glow stick excessively as it may cause inconvenience to those around you.
Prohibited Glow Sticks / Ring Lights
- 25 cm long or more, battery-powered or not
- Battery-powered glow sticks using any power source other than button batteries. (Including those shorter than 25 cm)
- Glow sticks with shape and performance modifications from market standards, such as increased brightness, flashing, multiple glow sticks combined, etc.
- Handmade devices.

Any other device deemed inappropriate by staff.
* Official merchandise glow sticks are adjusted in advance and are compliant to the above restrictions.
* Official merchandise glow sticks from past Hatsune Miku concerts are also compliant to the above restrictions, and can be used.
Filming/Photography
- Taking pictures and recording video or audio in the concert hall are strictly forbidden.
- Filming, audio recording, and photography at Digital Stars @ MAGICAL MIRAI 2024 is not allowed. (This rule applies before and after the performance as well.)
- Although phototography inside the exhibition is allowed in general, there may be sections where taking photos and recording are not allowed depending on the content. Please follow the indications as well as the staff's instructions.
- Taking photos with scanners and related devices, including scanner apps, are prohibited.

Bringing any type of selfie stick, gimbals, large equipment such as large monopods, tripods, stepladders, telephoto lenses, etc. into the venue is not allowed.

- Do not shoot videos while walking since it may cause accidents
- Please do not insert selfie sticks, cameras, etc. into restricted areas (areas separated by partitions, etc.) as it is dangerous.

Live broadcasts/live streaming is prohibited.

- When filming a person as well as posting or publishing photos and videos afterwards, please make sure the subject has consented to being filmed.
- Taking photos or videos of others without their consent is strongly prohibited.
- Corporations and individual business owners other than cooperating companies of this event shall not take photos or publish for their own promotion.
