  • Please do not cut in line or secure a spot in line by leaving your luggage. Meeting up with a friend or acquaintance already in line is prohibited. When you are leaving for using the bathroom or due to indisposition, make sure to inform people around you.
  • Please do not leave small children unattended. Announcements for individual calls cannot be made at the venue.

Physical Condition before Arriving

  • Please measure your body temperature before leaving for the venue, and attend only if your temperature reads below 37.5 degrees Celsius.
  • If you have a preexisting condition or are pregnant, please consult with a physician before coming to the venue.

Tickets

  • Tickets cannot be reissued for any reasons, including being lost or destroyed. Please be sure to handle your ticket with care.
  • Please be sure to reserve your concert ticket stub (which has entry date and seat numbers) for at least one month after the event date.
  • In general, tickets purchased will not be refundable. If you are at high risk of serious illness (e.g., have an underlying medical condition) or are pregnant, please consult with your medical institution.

Entry Limitations

  • If any of the following apply to you, you will be refused entry:

    • Fever higher than 37.5 degrees Celcius.
    • Anybody who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who is in the medical treatment period specified by the health center or other institution.

    • Those who have come in to close contact as determined by the government, and who have not finished the monitoring period.
    • Those who have visited regions with travel restrictions or other restrictions, and have not finished the monitoring period
    • Anybody who is intoxicated, or shows symptoms such as coughing, difficulty of breathing, lethargy, headache, diarrhea, running nose, loss of smell or taste.
    • Anybody who resides with someone who are showing symptoms or are suspected of being infected.
    • Anybody who cannot provide personal information.

About Masks

  • You will be refused entry if you are not wearing a mask. Even if you remove the mask for drinking water, please put the mask back on as soon as you are done.
  • Please wear a mask not just at the Sapporo Cultural Arts Theater hitaru, but on the way to the venue and on the way home as well.
  • Please be sure to have a spare mask ready in case you lose or cannot use your current mask.
  • In case you need to take your mask off for preventing heat stroke, please keep 2m distance (at least 1m) from others and please do not speak while not wearing a mask.

About Clothing

  • Please wear clothing appropriate for cold and hot environments.

    The Sapporo Cultural Arts Theater hitaru audience seating may have inconsistent temperatures due to increased ventilation. Please come to the venue with clothing that is able to handle any temperature.

  • Please hold distance between each other while in line.
  • Please socially distance even when in line as a party (except for parents with children).

  • Smoking is restricted to designated smoking areas.

  • Sapporo Cultural Arts Theater hitaru does not have dressing rooms for cosplay. Please refrain from visiting other public spaces or using public transportation in cosplay.

  • Regardless of individuals or corporations, we cannot accept gift bouquets for this event.
  • Regardless of individuals or corporations, we cannot accept gifts for performers, exhibitors, related parties (including creators). Please refrain from bringing them.

<Event Operation>

Ventilation

  • Sapporo Cultural Arts Theater hitaru will be constantly ventilated by its air conditioning system.

    *The ventilation system has vents below the seats. Please refrain from placing large luggage at your feet.

Emergency Medical Services

  • Sapporo Cultural Arts Theater hitaru will have a medical service area with staff on hand.
  • On the day of the event, if you are injured or feel ill, please inform the nearest staff member inside the Sapporo Cultural Arts Theater hitaru.
  • If any irregularities occur, they will be dealt with in cooperation with nearby medical institutions.

Event Staff

  • Event staff will always wear a mask, and depending on their position may wear face shields and gloves as well.
  • All staff and performers will maintain their health and comply with body temperature checks upon entry. Any staff members with a fever or any other symptoms will not take their stations.

Personal Information

  • Attendees' personal information may be shared with government institutions. Gathered information will be held for about a month after the event, and then discarded.

Changes, Cancellations/Postponements

  • If there are any mandates by local or federal governments to refrain from holding the event, the event may be postponed or canceled. Regardless of government mandates, depending on the spread of the disease the event may be postponed, canceled, or have its contents changed.
  • Please note that no refunds will be made due to personal circumstances. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or change in the content of the event, we will notify you of the refund.

Exiting

  • In order to perform disinfection after each show, photo opportunities have been cancelled.
  • In order to avoid crowding during exiting, please follow staff instructions. Please refrain from speaking loudly or yelling as you wait at your seat.

Glow Sticks

  • Use of special glow sticks (with a length of 25 cm or more, with excessive light emission, handmade/modified), flashlights, devices using batteries, light bulbs, light-emitting materials or LEDs, are not allowed in the audience seating as they can cause inconvenience and injury to people around you and may interfere with the production and management of the live concert.

    * Please understand and cooperate in order to let all attendees enjoy the live concert comfortably.

    * In addition, please be careful not to swing your glow stick excessively as it may cause inconvenience to those around you.

Prohibited Glow Sticks

  • 25 cm long or more, battery-powered or not
  • Battery-powered glow sticks using other than button batteries. (Including those shorter than 25 cm)
  • Glow-sticks with shapes and performances modified from the one on the market such as increased brightness, flashing, multiple glow stick combined, etc.

  • Filming and recording in the live venue is strictly prohibited, including before and after the performance.
  • Special Exhibition in the foyer may be photographed or filmed.
  • Bringing large equipment such as large monopods, tripods, stepladders, telephoto lenses, etc. into the venue is not allowed. (except registered news media)
  • Do not shoot videos while walking since it can cause accidents

    • There will be a dressing room for cosplaying at the venue. Please note that the available space is limited.

      No costs such as cosplay registration fee, dressing room usage fee, camera registration fee, or any other will be charged to participants.

    • There is no exclusive entrance for the dressing room users. Please line up at the entrance of the exhibition with other participants.
    • Behavior that may inconvenience other participants as well as wearing costumes that may cause discomfort are prohibited.
    • Please perform cosplay on your own responsibility. Neither the organizer nor the venue are responsible for any accidents or trouble caused by the content of cosplay.
    • Costumes which entirely cover the face (such as a full face cover, mask, helmet, headgear) are prohibited.

    • Regardless of individuals or corporations, we cannot accept gift bouquets for this event.
    • Regardless of individuals or corporations, we cannot accept gifts for performers, exhibitors, related parties (including creators). Please refrain from bringing them.

    Ventilation

    • The venue will be constantly ventilated by its air conditioning system.
    • The venue doors will occasionally be opened to allow for air circulation. Please be sure you are wearing clothes that can handle temperature differences.

    Emergency Medical Services

    • The venue will have a medical service area with staff on hand.
    • On the day of the event, if you are injured or feel ill, please inform the nearest staff member.
    • If any irregularities occur, they will be dealt with in cooperation with nearby medical institutions.

    Event Staff

    • Event staff will always wear a mask, and depending on their position may wear face shields and gloves as well.
    • All staff and performers will maintain their health and comply with body temperature checks upon entry. Any staff members with a fever or any other symptoms will not take their stations.

    Personal Information

    • Attendees' personal information may be shared with government institutions. Gathered information will be held for about a month after the event, and then discarded.

    Changes, Cancellations/Postponements

    • If there are any mandates by local or federal governments to refrain from holding the event, the event may be postponed or canceled. Regardless of government mandates, depending on the spread of the disease the event may be postponed, canceled, or have its contents changed.

Door Tickets

  • "Exhibition Entrance Ticket" will be sold on the event dates at the venue.
  • The ticket will be valid for only the day that it was bought.
  • Door tickets will be sold at the “Day Ticket Booth” from 14:00 PM.

Entry/Reentry

  • You will be refused entry if you are not wearing a mask. Even if you remove the mask for drinking water, please put the mask back on as soon as you are done.
  • After ticket confirmation, attendees will receive an entrance wristband and a novelty gift, while supplies last.
  • Entrance wristband is required for reentry. Please be careful not to lose it.
  • For reentry, use the reentry entrance and show the staff your entry wristband.

  • Please be aware that even if you make a line at the official merchandise sales booth from early morning, purchase may not be completed by the opening time of the show. Live Concert

Live Tickets

  • A "Live Concert Ticket" is required for each show (all numbered seats). Please read notifications on the ticket very carefully and follow staff guidance at the venue.
  • Admission of preschool children under 5 years old is free of charge (up to 1 child sitting on caretaker's lap). However, if you want to use a seat at the venue, you will need a ticket. Please be sure to bring a certificate such as an insurance card as we may ask to verify the age of the child.
  • Please keep the ticket stub for at least one month after the event date.
  • Live Concert Ticket will not be sold at the venue on the event day.
  • Ticket purchase requires a registry of personal information. If you purchase multiple tickets, please register the personal information of your companions as well. Thank you for your cooperation.

Entry/Reentry

  • Please bring personal identification as you may be asked to verify your identity.
  • Entry may happen in waves depending on seat numbers.
  • In the case that there are delays in the show starting, venue announcements and staff guidance will be made. Regardless, please arrive at the live venue with time to spare.

Seats

Waiting/Viewing

  • You will be refused entry if you are not wearing a mask. Even if you remove the mask for drinking water, please put the mask back on as soon as you are done.
  • Please refrain from speaking loudly or shouting while inside or outside of the venue. Please limit cheering of the live show to applause, hand claps, and waving glow sticks. Please do not wave anything other than glow sticks.
  • Please do not wear hats and accessories or use cheering accessories that obstruct the view of surrounding customers.
  • The concert will be very loud, please be careful for young children.
  • Jumping, standing on your seat, and bringing in your own stool to stand on, are prohibited.
  • The concert will be about 2 hours long.

Exiting

  • In order to perform disinfection after each show, photo opportunities have been cancelled.
  • In order to avoid crowding during exiting, please follow staff instructions. Please refrain from speaking loudly or yelling as you wait at your seat.

Glow Sticks

  • Use of special glow sticks (with a length of 25 cm or more, with excessive light emission, handmade/modified), flashlights, devices using batteries, light bulbs, light-emitting materials or LEDs, are restricted as they can cause inconvenience and injury to people around you and may interfere with the production and management of the live concert.

    * Please understand and cooperate in order to let all attendees enjoy the live concert comfortably.

    * In addition, please be careful not to swing your glow stick excessively as it may cause inconvenience to those around you.

Prohibited Glow Sticks

  • 25 cm long or more, battery-powered or not
  • Battery-powered glow sticks using other than button batteries. (Including those shorter than 25 cm)
  • Glow-sticks with shapes and performances modified from the one on the market such as increased brightness, flashing, multiple glow stick combined, etc.
  • Handmade devices
  • Any other device judged inappropriate by staff.

    * Official merchandise glow sticks are adjusted in advance and are compliant to the above restrictions.

    * Official merchandise glow sticks from past Hatsune Miku concerts are also compliant to the above restrictions, and can be used.

Filming / Photography

  • Filming and recording in the live venue is strictly prohibited, including before and after the performance.
  • Although photo shooting for the exhibition is allowed in general, there may be sections where taking photos and recording is not allowed depending on the content. Please follow the indication as well as the staff's instructions.
  • Bringing large equipment such as large monopods, tripods, stepladders, telephoto lenses, etc. into the venue is not allowed. (except registered news media)
  • Do not shoot videos while walking since it can cause accidents
  • Please do not insert selfie sticks, cameras, etc. into restricted areas (areas separated by partitions, etc.) as it is dangerous.
  • Live broadcasts/live streaming is prohibited. *Except for registered media
  • When filming a person as well as posting or publishing photos and videos afterwards, please make sure the subject has consented to filming.
  • Taking photos or videos of others without their consent is strongly prohibited.
  • Please do not occupy a spot for a long period of time for shooting.
  • Corporations and individual business owners other than cooperating companies of this event shall not take photos or publish for their own promotion.
